Mountain Lodge # 168 Slope side, Ski in Ski out, 2 bedroom 2 full bath. Sleeps 4-6. Mountain Lodge is steps away from the Ballhooter lift and the village.
Amenities include:
Linens Provided.
All appliances are full size including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
2 Queen size bed 2 full baths
Sofa Sleeper.

To reserve the condo, we need a 50% deposit to hold the reservation and a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. Full payment of the rental amount and security deposit must be made 45 days prior to check in. We also accept last minute rentals, subject to availability.
Once your reservation is made you have three (3) days until the first payment is due. This payment is 50% or one-half of the total rent. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to your arrival. If the payment is not received within this time period, your reservation may be cancelled. If you are making a payment in advance, you may pay with a personal check. Reservations made within 21 days upon arrival must be paid with a certified check, money order, cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted within 21 days of arrival. A $30 service charge for all returned checks. Please make all checks payable to Marc Monroe – Mountain Lodge 168.
A $400 security deposit will be charged to your credit card prior to your arrival. This amount will be credited back to your charge card upon inspection after departure. If paying by check we will need the security deposit 30 days prior to your arrival date.
No Smoking unit. No pets in unit or building. $200 / day fine by Mountain Lodge Association and a $300 flea fogging fee. Mountain Lodge strictly enforces the no pets allowed policy. Please do not attempt to bring any pet into the building or unit.
